In the next few days, worked examples (i.e., partially-completed samples) of Program Audits and Position Audits will begin to appear on this blog. The first will be program and position audits for a Lay Visitor program.
You are welcome to use these samples as a starting point or source of additional ideas for your own audits. Copies (in PDF) will be posted on the diocesan website. You may download, distribute, or print them as you choose.
